Keita Wojciechowski was born in the 70s to a Japanese mother and a half Polish/German father in Germany. After high school and a stint at University he decided to pursue his love for cooking, which was instilled in him by both his grandmothers.
Thus he started his culinary journey at Leiths School of Food & Wine in London where he mastered the Diploma Course with distinction.
He then started working in different Restaurants, from Hotels (Great Eastern Hotel in London, Hyatt Regency Cologne & Düsseldorf, Kameha Grand in Bonn) to Japanese owned Restaurants (Mitsukoshi Restaurant in London, Jômon in Lille).
Currently he is concentrating on writing the second book of the series which will involve Tools, Techniques, Culture, History, Regionality and Seasonality.
